The Moose hotel is in the perfect location in Banff, has lovely rooms and the hot tub on the roof with views of the mountains is the icing on the cake.

Really nice hotel, family suite was ideal for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The rooftop hot tub, with amazing views, was wonderful after a days skiing.

The room was very comfortable and hot tub facilities really lovely. The room was serviced very promptly, so perhaps they were a bit understaffed, but the reception and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The Moose Hotel and Suites was a lovely hotel. Clean, fresh look with the cabin style wood everywhere. A nice restaurant with friendly staff and a good selection of food, it's location is very close to all the action and restaurants in downtown. Comfortable and warm accommodation. Friendly staff. The fireplace was great. Free heated car parking. Well located on the Banff main street. Basic but OK kitchen area and a good supermarket only a block away.

Lovely new hotel with great hot tubs on the roof. We upgraded to the one bedroom suite and for an extended stay it was well worth it. Very comfortable, warm and nice service.

Really large comfortable rooms, although hanging space and storage wasn’t great. We were second floor at the front which was nice and quiet. Had to go through the hotel and outside to access the oms, but that didn’t matter. Bar and restaurant shared the same space, which at times was busy and they could do with a separate bar area, although we went out, so not an issue, but may have stayed longer …
