Located within easy walking distance of Banff centre . Accommodation was spacious , clean and comfortable offering in house dining . Staff were outstandingly polite and helpful.

The Elk + Avenue is ideally located just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of town. Room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel restaurant very good.

Great location, comfortable room. Lovely sauna hot tub room. Every member of staff we met were lovely and very helpful. The restaurant was really good too.

The main attraction of Elk & Avenue is the convenient location for restaurants and shops in the centre of town as well as being close to the bus stop if needed. The underground car parking was a bonus and made it easy for us to get out in the mornings. The Elk & Avenue has a good quality, popular coffee shop right next door and the Farm & Fire restaurant in the hotel serves good quality meals idea…

Nice and big room. Excellent location for ski bus and for going out at night. Staff very helpful and quick to address any queries. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely welcome at reception on arrival, staff very knowledgeable about everything. Large room (2 Queen Beds), bathroom a little small considering it could be for four people but still good. Toiletries available too. Kettle, coffee machine, ice bucket and fridge all free to use. Microwave downstairs and available for guests.
