Will definitely return to Banff Aspen Lodge. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Very convenient for the shuttle buses to ski resorts. Would definitely recommend.

Introduction of an on-site coffee shop has improved the experience of staying at Banff Aspen Lodge. Could be even better if they extended opening times by another hour to capture skiers returning from ski resorts .Refurb of reception has created a more welcoming atmosphere but the greatest improvement has been in the Breakfast Room where daily menu changes and much improved staffing encouraged us …

Nice hotel, friendly accommodating staff. Really nice breakfast supplied. Wifi not that good in our hotel room but free terminal supplied in lobby, overall would happily stay there again.

Really good for a 3 star hotel - we had a really nice room tucked away! The breakfast buffet was also pretty good.

Large comfortable room with everything we needed so had good nights sleep. Helpful staff. Hot tub great to warm up in when get back from skiing. Good continental breakfast which is self service; ideal for a quick breakfast before heading for bus. Bus stop very close so no problem walking there.
