Excellent, except for their new ski valet service. Skis did not arrive on the snow on 3 occasions. Even once they were there, there was no system for the staff to easily find them. Each day we had to try and see them from outside the pound and direct staff to them. Not easy when pound full of skis on the holiday weekend. We had a problem with a smell of gas in the condo. They tried a repair twice but after the 4th day moved us to an upgraded condo which was good.

Excellent location to lifts and shops/ restaurants/ bars although it was very near end of season and was particularly quiet with little atmosphere. Well equipped condo, much appreciated weber BBQ with good daily housekeeping. Ski concierge at the lifts was a nice surprise as was the free drop off / pick up service until it was unavailable suddenly. We were told this was due to shortage of staff as occupancy was so low they couldn't justify it (notice would of been appreciated as we found this great for going to large supermarket 5 mins drive away) Nice touch of complimentary hot drinks (make your own) at reception as well as olive oil/ coffee beans/ foil wrap and dishwasher/ washing machine tabs supplied in condo. Hot tub was hot... they aren't always, friendly staff.
