We spent 10 nights at the Grand Hyatt Vail, the room was cleaned to a high standard and contained all required amenities. The shuttle bus that runs into Lionshead and Vail provides an excellent service, whether using for skiing or going out in the evening. Ski Valet was amazing, your equipment was brought out to you and they do a fantastic job of servicing your equipment if you chose to do it. The food available at the hotel was amazing - fantastic range to suit anyone for breakfast, buffet and cooked to order both available. Their dinner options provided a good range of local options. Would recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay again in the future.
