Our condo was just superb, fabulous layout, huge fire and view of the mountain. Pool and hot tub were excellent and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Just across the road from the slopes with ski storage included. Good hot and cold buffet breakfast was included.

I just wanted to let you know we had a great family holiday with fantastic snow and thoroughly enjoyed the Steamboat Grand. The Truffle Pig was also a lovely restaurant with great (non burger/pizza) food just by the Gondola, just in case you haven’t been there and need a recommendation for anyone who wanted to enjoy an evening.

Excellent service and facilities, day beds in the sitting room of the 1 bed made 4 of us in a 1 bed much more pleasant, we did not have to use the sofa bed.

Excellent - if empty. The accommodation itself was really good and fit for our purpose. The pool and hot tubs were well used as was the gym. Breakfast was good but we chose not to eat there in the evenings going out instead. The free transport into town was great - and always on time to pick up again.

Excellent hotel with great service, lovely food at The Cabin both in the morning for breakfast and in the evening. Not quite ski in/ski out but pretty close with storage in the ski area. Rooms a really good size with all amenities needed including a dishwasher and full oven/cooker even in the studio.

The Steamboat Grand provides an excellent service. Only a couple of minutes walk from Gondola Square and the lifts, it is in a great location and if you want to go in to the town or any other location in Steamboat, they have a courtesy shuttle to transport you. I used the shuttle several times and when I wanted to return to the hotel I just gave them a call and they were there to pick me up within…

A great 4* condo/hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only negative I would say was the very slow service at breakfast times when there was more than three or four tables to deal with! The Spa is a bit pricey for what you get but still recommended.

We had a jaw dropping amazing apartment, so comfortable and the boys were very impressed with the HD TV's. Ski and boot storage was welcome. Breakfast delicious. Pool and hot tub very much enjoyed by parents and children, great gym if you have the energy. Good service with minibuses to take and pick you up anywhere in town. It will hard to stay somewhere better!

The hotel was great. We had a suite which included a double sofa bed & 2 single sofas so the children had their own beds. We also had a kitchenette which we were not expecting so great for a family. Staff were very helpful & the town bus also very good. Great gym & pool facilities also. Spa was very relaxing & much needed
