Park Avenue Condos Customer Reviews

Park Avenue condos really surprised us - very large, with loads of space. Ours included a computer and free broadband, washing machine and tumble dryer, superb kitchen with every mod con and a TV in every room! We were so impressed with the standard. We arrived late at night, and the system for collecting the keys from a locked cabinet was well explained and very straightforward. The condo also provided a covered parking space right next to the front door, which was really helpful as no need to clear snow off in the morning. There's also a hot pool which is free to use. Having been used to European apartments, this was a revelation - absolutely superb and no comparison with the European shoe box apartments! And there is a huge 24/7 supermarket across the main road, three minutes walk away. Go to Park Avenue Condos!

The standard of the (gold?) apartment (325?) blew us away. Warm ski storage area, hot tub, beautifully furnished living areas and the most relaxing supportive king size beds. The condos are located next to 2 bus stops, one opposite the large Albertsons supermarket, the other within site of the ski base. The ski base is walkable if you're feeling keen, otherwise take one of the frequent (every 15 mins) buses. The condo is regularly cleaned and has everything you need from microwave through to dishwasher. The condos are a taxi ride away from the centre of Park City, but with a few shops within walking distance this is not a problem. For those on a budget head over to the Park City Mall on Bonaza Drive where there are some cheaper restaurants / take-aways.
