Hotel Park City Customer Reviews

I have now stayed at this hotel four times. Unfortunately, I don't want to try anywhere else in case it does not live up to this one! Rooms (especially cottages) are very spacious and comfortable. Service is good whilst remaining understated. You can quite easily treat this place as your own home (I wish) and be self sufficient. Nothing beats a swim in the ridiculously heated outdoor pool with a foot of snow on the ground and views of the mountains beyond.

We had a great holiday here. The staff at Hotel Park City were very courteous and helpful. The transfers to any of the three ski resorts could not have been easier with the hotel's courtesy shuttle. The facilities were spot on. The rooms were excellent and the beds very comfortable. The chambermaids were excellent and towels were changed at least twice if not three times per day! It was also great to have laundry facilities in the room. The Ruth Chris Restaurant probably served the best meal in town! Great steaks and service. We were given Park City Transportation Passports on our transfer from Salt Lake City airport to the hotel and these enabled us to use their taxi service free of charge within the city limits between 10am and 10pm. This proved to be a great service and a fantastic saving for our party of 8!

We stayed in a cottage which was spacious. The room had a small kitchen which we found very useful when we were feeling too lazy to go out. There is a supermarked over the road alongside a liquor store. Room nicely decorated. We used the hotel ski shuttle service which was excellent. Only criticism is that there is no real centre to the hotel as it is a condo resort. Not helped as the restaurant is run as a Ruth's Chris Steak.
