Nestled in a wooded glen below the ski mountain, the Mountain Thunder Lodge offers high quality condos with a full-service front desk.

Accommodation is of an excellent standard, the condos spacious and tastefully furnished. It is a short stroll into town although the Lodge has its own shuttle bus which will take you to and from the slopes and Main Street. If the snow is good enough you can also ski back to the property.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom town house over Christmas 2008. The house was well equipped but not very homely, didn't even have a bit of tinsel or holly! The location is great, right near the gondola to Peak 8, but we always got in the car and drove due to all the skis, boots, baby etc so in hindsight we could have stayed anywhere.
