"These apartments, gathered around Åre’s main square, offer easy access to both the skiing and the town. Sample the many restaurants and bars in the evenings, and in the morning it’s a short walk to the Bergbanen funicular. You can ski right back into the central square too!"

Really spacious apartment that had a range of amenities including a sauna but sadly lacked any WiFi facilities and the baking trays for the oven didn't fit. Information about how the fob on the keys had to be used to access the building and lift would have been useful before we arrived.

We stayed at the Dähliehuset Åre Torg apartments in a 3 bed. It was in a great location just off the main square with all the shops and restaurants. The accommodation was well kept and clean. Had everything you needed and plenty of space for our family.

The Sporthotellet was built in 1912 and retains a lot of its old world charm and heritage will containing refurbished and modern apartments. It's conveniently located just 5 minutes walk from the main lifts with the ability to ski right to the door at the end of the day. Really nice apartment. Very comfortable. A little difficult to get to the main lift system, but this seems to be the norm in Åre.
