Stay mid-mountain in Kvitfjell at the traditionally-built GudbrandsGard Hotel. With a prime location right on the slopes, on-site rental shop and ski school just outside, everything is within easy reach.
Built in traditional Norwegian style, the GudbrandsGard Hotel features solid timber, wood carvings, natural stone, and a turf roof. From the moment you walk in, you'll have breathtaking views of Rondane National Park and the river Lågen as it runs through the valley of Gudbrandsdalen.
A perfect choice for families and couples alike, the location and facilities couldn't be better, with skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing all on the doorstep. Ski rentals are on-site and the ski school meets outside the hotel, so you won't have to go far to get the kids sorted in the morning.
The indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi is the ideal place to relax after a day on the slopes and there are several restaurants to choose from. Somewhat unique for Scandinavia, the GudbrandsGard is a full-board hotel. The main restaurant, Gildestua, offers a continental breakfast and a three-course menu every evening, serving international cuisine cooked with local ingredients. A daily 'soup luncheon' is available in the lobby area for midday refuelling.
Rooms range from double/twin rooms to suites, with interconnecting options available to suit your family or group. All room types are available with a view, balcony or both.
