The newly renovated Otter hotel offers a luxurious stay with beautiful views in a tranquil area of Banff Avenue.
Downtown Banff is just a short bus ride away and all guests receive a complimentary bus pass so access to the plethora of bars, restaurants and shops is simple. The ski shuttle also stops nearby, giving you a convenient way to ski all three mountains.
The hotel offers a cosy, modern décor with light and spacious hotel rooms. If you are a coffee lover then this hotel offers you personalised coffee during your stay so you’ll always have a great start to the day.
When you're feeling peckish, head to the ambient setting of Good Folk Restaurant, located in the hotel, specialising in locally inspired, seasonal dishes, hearty beers, smooth wines handcrafted cocktails.

Stay 8 nights or longer and receive a CAD$200 food and beverage credit for use on-site only. 1 credit per stay. Valid for stays 1 November 2026 to 30 April 2027, excluding 18 December 2026 to 2 January 2027. Book by 1 December 2026.
