Hotel was really good with all the amenities you would expect from a hotel at a skiing resort. Ski lockers were really good and the ski in/out was brilliant. Room was adequate for four (nearly) adults and views of the slopes were an added bonus. Only slight downside was the cost of food and drink. Great position, good facilities ( ski storage, pool, restaurants, shop, etc).
Staff were very young and there appeared to be a lack of management / leadership.
Generally very nice, friendly service, but a lack of understanding when it came to problem solving and done staff were pretty useless and unhelpful.
Overall it was good, but with someone who knows how to run a busy hotel in place, it could …

Well positioned ski in ski out hotel with wonderful facilities, boot room and easy access to the slopes. Large airy family deluxe room,
Good food catering even at half term and never felt hectic and over crowded chaos like the French Resorts.

Staff were superb and very professional, which they had to be because the place was completely packed during the Spring Break holidays. Food was good, but the overall capacity of the restaurants was severely stretched. The Spa was extraordinarily good. Rooms were comfortable and well presented.

This was our second visit, previously we stayed SC, this time we opted for HB.
The breakfast food selection was good, but chaotic during half term, which was to be expected as everyone wants to eat at same time and get kids to ski school for 09:15...Evening meals were ok, salad bar/starter and dessert were good, main was average.

This is a very pleasant, well located hotel. The staff were fabulous and the hotel is comfortable. The ski lockers are excellent & make for an easy guest experience. The half board buffet is pretty good (but the food could be hotter). The pizza restaurant is excellent.

Although very busy the facilities seemed to cope well. Fantastic for a family with the pool, bowling etc. The staff were all so helpful and the pizza restaurant on site was excellent.
