Resort was fantastic and perfect for us as a family of beginners. As the week went on, we were able to progress to some of the more difficult runs so there was something for everyone.

It surpassed my expectations. Very comfortable hotel with lots of space in the apartment. No distance to the slopes, and enough variation. The skiing is not comparable to the Alpes. Having said that the Norwegian attitude wins out!

The best ski holiday we have had. Easy transfer from the airport, ski in/ski out. Very easy to collect skis and return at the end of the day.

Family friendly, less so for couples. New queues on lifts.

This was an excellent resort for young families and children who were complete beginners. It was small but the slopes were quiet. We never had to queue for lifts and the ski school was outside the accommodations door. All ski equipment ready and waiting in lockers for our arrivals. Excellent ski school.

Great places to eat, great weather, great slopes for every level. The resort is beautiful, lake views, easy and enjoyable. Wonderful place!

Great for young families wanting to spend time together on wide slopes with no queues for lifts and away from the crowds, but very limited skiing for the more experienced wanting to ski hard! You can do virtually the whole resort in 2-3 hours. Also enjoyed being able to cross-country ski from the door too.

We loved Norefjell. Plenty of skiing, great for intermediate skiers. And really quiet expect at the weekend,There was a slight issue in the early part of the week when low cloud prevented us from getting 'over the hill' to the main ski area. Not the resort's fault but a slight potential flaw with the location of the hotel. There were surprisingly few cafe's on the slopes which meant we couldn't ha…
