Really nice hotel, great skiing experience, including wide slopes, lots of green and blue routes and no queues for ski lifts. Cafes/restaurants on the slopes are very nice too. Swimming pool and other facilities in the resort are on the small side and overcrowded because children are not allowed in the Spa. Although suites in the hotel are superbly equipped for self-catering, the lack of transport…

Norefjell is a great ski resort. There were a great range of slopes for a range of learners. There was a beautiful lake on one side of the resort which I'd definitely recommend skiing to.

Great for convenience but small resort and limited choice of slopes. Tried Nordic skiing for first time and we loved it. Split the day, half skiing and half nordic which helped with the limited choice for skiing.

A beautiful calm resort away from the heavy crowds. The Ski Spa Hotel was perfect for our family stay. There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance other than those in the hotel but we did not have any problem with this. We stayed happily cocooned in the hotel during the evenings with the swimming pool and saunas at our disposal.

Great place for a first ski holiday for the children, plenty of beginner slopes with friendly, English speaking ski instructors. Excellent quality accommodation. No grocery shop locally so take any snacks for the slopes.

The ski area of Norefjell isn't vast but it is very nice. Lots of blues and some nice reds. We even did a couple of blacks. The queues were amazing - as there weren't any!! A very different experience to other resorts we have been to. We also managed to do night skiing and it was an amazing experience, I'd highly recommend. Very quiet slopes even in half term, fantastic ski school on the doorstep. Too many long t/bars made accessing areas of the resort tricky for the less confident in the group. A small ski area overall so probably better suited for a few days rather than a week. We had a good time nonetheless.

The resort was excellent. The ski hire arrangements and storage etc was seamless. The lifts etc were convenient to the hotel. There were no queues to speak of and the night skiing was great.
