Great snow, good selection of runs for a beginner family.

Enough skiing here to take a couple of days to explore everything and then keep you interested for few more. Advanced skiers may find it a bit limited, but great for families. A couple of cafes on the mountain, but not much here other than the hotel, which isn't a problem if you're here to ski! A brilliant resort, especially for older or novice skiers who do not desire lots of different restaurants or vast numbers of pistes.

Excellent resort for families and beginners. Small, compact which made the whole resort easily accessible for everyone. Stunning scenery and plenty of snow.

A wonderful, clean, well appointed hotel with gorgeous scenery everywhere you look. The food was top notch and the staff were so helpful with every query. Our kids loved the swimming pool after a day of skiing. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing holiday.

Norefjell was pretty, efficient, calm and brilliant for a multi generation ski holiday. Plenty of easy runs but sufficient harder skiing and off piste skiing to keep the whole family happy.

Nice to have the spa and massage, although rather costly - it kept out the kids. Plenty of runs, all types.
