We had a super two bed apartment - which was lovely to have over the Christmas week - had a fireplace, good size lounge/diner and bath in main bedroom so you could soak overlooking the slopes at night! Dryer in room was hugely helpful. Two restaurants to choose from - bar/pizzeria and main restaurant. Lovely Norwegian buffet breakfasts with everything you’d want and nice evening food. Serving staff super helpful and nice (the main hotel reception staff were slightly less so). Pool not too crowded and you could book shuffleboard. Lots of seating in reception area to have a hot choc after skiing too.

Lovely hotel with everything you need right there. Rental and shop in the hotel, ski in ski out and ski school directly outside. Nice food with good variety. Friendly staff. Great for young families as small but no other bars or restaurants to visit unless you ski down to the town. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Had three bedrooms surrounding a open plan kitchen/living room and two bathrooms, suited us perfectly. There was a warm air blowing drying cupboard in the room as well as a washing machine, ironing board and everything else you could need. Stylishly decorated and the beds were wonderful, like sleeping in a bowl of marshmallows without being too soft.

The hotel was in a great location, not quite ski to door for the hotel - however the walk was less than 100m. Plus on the right side of the mountain for night skiing (blue and red runs!). Facilities were fantastic; Workbenches in locker room for skis. Lockers for storage (get your key card from the ski shop) Wellness area was fantastic and mainly quiet Mon-Fri -weekend was very busy. Recommend booking treatments as soon as you arrive to avoid disappointment. Swimming pool, saunas, jacuzzi’s in other main area also very good. The plus point of two different temperature sauna were fantastic. Didn’t try the climbing wall - but it looked great. Go for the upgrade for a superior room / suite - you won’t regret it! Food was phenomenal - Half Board was great value and very good quality - even with our dietary requirements (which normally restrict where you can eat in the UK) there was plenty of choice. All in all the best thing about the Hotel were the staff. Polite, friendly, helpful and simply couldn’t do more to help you.
