Brand new for January 2024, Basecamp Narvik is a modern ski-in ski-out apartment hotel in an unrivalled location in the heart of the resort.
Situated right by the base of the gondola, the apartments provide the quickest access to the mountain and you can ski back via the easiest green runs, making it suitable for all ages and experiences.
The 54 rooms range from studios to two bedroom apartments and luxurious two bedroom suites, plus the option to interconnect rooms for larger groups and families. All feature a kitchenette, dining area and private balcony overlooking the Ofot Fjord, Narvik city, the ski resort and the beautiful surrounding Arctic nature.
Facilities include a 24 hour reception, a bar and lounge and ski storage with lockers and boot dryers. The staff are warm, welcoming and English-speaking and are on-hand to help with tips on the local area.
This is a location for those looking for peace and quiet, but it's still easy to explore the vibrant city of Narvik via a short car, bus or taxi journey.
There's a supermarket just down the road (5 minutes by car, 15 minutes on foot), or you can pre-book a tasty breakfast package.
