Very comfortable rooms and lounges. The food was first class.

A beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The food was excellent, the service was efficient and friendly at all times. The rooms were comfortable and well serviced with stunning views. I would highly recommend this hotel for people who want total convenience and comfort on their ski holiday.

Spacious rooms with view of slopes. Food included vegetarian options and was very good. Nice to have pizzeria and fondue in addition to main restaurant.

The Myrkdalen hotel is central to the resort. It offers excellent storage facilities for skiers, with large, warm and well equipped bedrooms. The food provided in all three restaurants is outstanding. Staff are very accommodating and friendly to ensure your stay is as hassle free and as enjoyable.

Very clean, excellent standard of food. Best I've had at a ski resort. Friendly helpful staff. A bath in the room or pool would be great which is why it gets 4 stars not 5

Really great hotel - friendly staff (particularly food serving staff), lovely atmosphere and homely surroundings. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Rooms compact but fine for what we needed. Only negative was the ski equipment storage which was not sufficient for the number of guests.

Fantastic hotel - lovely bar/lounge area with addition of cafe this year, play room for kids, delicious food in the restaurants and super comfortable accommodation. Really friendly service.

Lovely big room, helpful staff, restaurant staff were excellent, food was fantastic. Shame there isn’t a swimming pool or hot tubs. Hotel is used by a lot of schools and on some nights it was noisy with girls shrieking and running up and down the corridors like elephants but it was quiet by 10.

Wonderful hotel with fantastic food and helpful staff. Spacious rooms too. Wish the bathrooms had baths though and not showers as would have liked a good soak after a hard day on the slopes!

Really nice rooms with balconies. Good breakfast with a great range for every taste. Decent dinners including fish and vegan options plus a kids menu. Lovely staff. Not much else to do so probably 4.5 stars really.
