The suite accommodation is a little bit crowded with 6 occupants, but does represent the best value. Modern and well appointed. Good lounge area for playing games / having a drink after dinner.

Typical Scandinavian style furniture and fittings, fairly comfortable and clean and everything worked. No kettle, tea or coffee in room no bottled water either but there’s a small store along from the hotel that sells basic necessities at Norwegian prices. Rooms were spacious, beds v comfortable, clean and contemporary....and very, very quiet. Food also very good, nice quality and variety...for all ages.

Great hotel. Interconnecting rooms worked really well. Good choice of restaurants. Really convenient for picking up and dropping off skis. Fab ski in ski out facilities. No queues.

We stayed at Myrkdalen Hotel which was very nice, clean and cosy. Very polite staff, couldn't do enough to please you. We had rooms with balcony overlooking the mountains and ski slopes. With the night skiing we could watch people coming down executing they manoeuvres, which as fascinating.

Nice hotel. Great food and good standard of decor throughout. Junior suite somewhat smaller than we expected (eg compared to Vestlia) with limited facilities in room (Nespresso machine was a nice touch but no kettle for making tea). Staff (as our experiences elsewhere in Norway) very friendly and welcoming.
