This hotel is the opposite of corporate and bland. It catered for all our needs and we had a very relaxing stay. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms well kept and comfortable and I imagine they all have good views because of the hotel's situation on the mountain. Kids loved the good-sized pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Food was good, although the menu had a three night rotation so we were glad to have the option to eat out one night. Don't think I've ever had an easier ski in ski out location, so it was easy to pop in and take advantage of the lunchtime soup option. Found a table tennis table and board games on our last evening too. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Rooms were comfortable and warm. We were on a full board basis and food was very good. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Couldn't really fault it though the bar wasn't open the first two nights we were there drinks were however available in the reception area lounge and restaurant.

Really warm, charming and quirky (in a good way!) built fairly recently in 1998 (proudly displayed over the door) but with the feel of an older Swiss/Italian chalet hotel.. except with modern facilities. It was really well positioned; easy ski-in and out with some beautiful views of the mountain. It was warm and cozy and we spent every evening in front of the open fire after dinner; the staff were welcoming and helpful, the food; particularly breakfast and the evening meal was some of the best ‘included’ food we have had at any hotel… we also enjoyed some wonderful sunny late afternoon/evenings on the terrace, soaking up the sun, mountain views and the odd Aperol Spritz… fabulous - would definitely return.
