Can’t recommend enough. The ski in ski out made life very easy, and the whole place was amazing! We stayed half board in a suite and whilst the room may have been a bit cavernous for the both of us, it was a great space! The beds were comfy and the whole place very clean. The decor was also very nice! The food way surpassed expectations and the breakfast was delicious and set us up for the whole day. We made use of the spa each day as a reward for our on piste efforts and it was brilliant!

The hotel was perfect for us with plenty of space which we appreciated as we were a large group. Non-skiers were well catered for with the lovely pool area and various places to sit and read and being close to the slopes meant we could all meet up at lunch time etc. For skiers it was great to be so near the lifts and ski shop/school. The quality of the food was amazing, especially the evening meals and they provided us with a beautiful private room and our own waiter on the day of my birthday making it extra special! The staff were very helpful and friendly. My only slight criticism is that the reception staff's knowledge of the skiing arrangements in Geilo could have been better eg opening hours of the shop.

Hotel is excellent and restaurant superb. The old hotel wing needs modernising, bathroom small and dated and minimal storage for a family. Website photos do not reflect these rooms. Others family's that we spoke with also disappointed with rooms. With one paying extra to move rooms. When we asked we were informed we could not move as no availability and were not given the option to pay for a better room.
