We absolutely LOVED this hotel. Stunning Scandi chic decor, room was spacious with plentiful, well-designed storage, two easy chairs and fabulous views over frozen lake and Gaustatoppen mountain. Well-equipped, convenient ski locker room. Perfect location for ski trails. Parking right outside the front door and free for guests. Smiley, helpful staff and great food. Thoroughly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful with a roaring fire and amazing views. Lots of places to sit and chill with a coffee or chat with a drink. We stayed in a suite which was comfortable and warm, with lovely views over the lake and Gaustatoppen. The food in the hotel was so good we didn’t go elsewhere.

Gausterblikk hotel was amazing. Had a room with fantastic views of Gaustatoppen. The food was amazing. Wonderful vegetarian food as well food for meat eating partner.

Everything was great, room small but sufficient storage

We stayed in a family room, this is by far the biggest and comfortable room we have stayed in whilst in Norway. The restaurant provided us with tasty meals and the spa facilities were clean. I would highly recommend booking into their floating saunas, a fantastic experience.

Very smart, comfortable hotel accommodation with excellent facilities, professional, courteous and friendly service and superb cuisine.

Lovely rooms, fantastic boot room, excellent food!!!! Pool cold though and only hot tub not enough for size of hotel. Sauna on lake amazing

This is as close as you get to a perfect ski hotel - a stone's throw from the piste, rental centre, ski school and lifts, with stylish communal space, great food, lovely rooms and charming service.

Lovely rooms, excellent pool and spa, great food, luxurious yet laid back ambience.

Fantastic food and super friendly staff. Rooms were beautiful with amazing views of the mountains and lakes. Spa area was very relaxing.
