Food was incredible

The standard of the hotel was exceptional. Every detail was beautiful. Only additional things to make it perfect; Tea/coffee available during day, in rooms perhaps? Swapping 3 course meal for a bar meal occasionally.

Very comfortable rooms. Delicious food. Fab breakfast. Only negative was didn't give you towels for the spa.

Lovely. Rooms clean and well done. Food was good. HB was a fixed menu but was formally tasty - just tricky with no alternatives.

excellent resort hotel. half board breakfast and dinner was an excellent option with a varied and professional three course menu each evening.

All of the staff at the Gaustablikk Fjellresort and across the resort were amazing - friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. The hotel was ideally located with both downhill and cross‑country skiing right on the doorstep. It was very comfortable, and the food (we were on half board) was excellent.

It was such a treat staying at this hotel. The food was of the highest standard and the staff during both breakfast and dinner were friendly and always accommodating

Really lovely laid back hotel with beautiful views. Very spacious and suits families and couples equally well. Great staff and excellent food and service

The breakfasts were the best we have ever had and the dinners were lovely although children’s options a bit limited. The beds were very comfortable but not a lot of storage space for a week long holiday. The floating sauna was a lot of fun.
