Close to slopes, good breakfest also had a couple of nice evening meals.

Have stayed at Ki previously and their extremely high standards have been continued into the sister resort. We really only have positive experiences from our stay.

A class act. Friendly and relaxed but totally professional and efficient. Every department first class...apartment comfortable and spacious and well equipped. Takes ski in/ out to a new level as you literally step onto the piste.

Superb location. Fantastic concierge. Light, airy and clean rooms. Private onsen was always available and easy to book. Spa was excellent - really helpful when I needed to reduce post-flight swelling in order to fit into my ski boots! The only thing it lacks is a cosy bar area.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are the friendliest we've ever come across and are very good at answering questions on the resort etc. Hotel rooms are spacious and the kitchen area has everything you need. 'Pyjamas' supplied are great and leads to a very relaxed atmosphere around the hotel. The room has no full length mirror and lighting in the bathroom isn't very bright. It could be quit…

Helpful staff, all spoke English. Room was very comfortable. Occasionally kitchen smells would come through the ventilation system. All the food was good. A hearty breakfast was brilliant way to set up the day.

We stayed at Always & then moved to Skye. Both were good but Skye was excellent & closer to lifts & had better facilities.
