Great powder, lifts a bit old at the top and don't link well but you can't have it all.

Best snow I have ever experienced in 20 years of skiing and a good varied mountain.

A powder playground, we were very happy with the resort. The map makes it look small but the back country makes up for listed runs - it is brilliant. So much to do - we had 6 days but wish we had booked longer. If you are going skiing to Japan you won't be disappointed with Niseko.

Excellent resort, loads of snow! Some of the chairlifts etc are a bit dated, and it's smaller than most French resorts but there were plenty of off-piste areas to explore and the gate system to exit into the off-piste areas was good. Yama Shizen apartments were beautiful, brand new and very clean everything you could need including dishwasher, washing machine etc. Very well laid out and big window…

Just wanted to say “thanks” for organising our ski trip to Niseko over Xmas. It was touch-and-go with the snow for a few days, but once it arrived (Xmas Eve) conditions were superb. I think that Xmas day was the best day’s skiing we have had thanks to the knee deep powder we found (and despite the almost non-existent visibility).
