The absolutely best showers we have ever had and a lovely onsen. Make sure you get a mountain facing room - we thoroughly enjoyed our morning cuppa in our room before breakfast looking at the view!

Convenient location. Breakfast was very good and onsen very good. Spacious room.

Spacious. Staff were very helpful. The hotel was on the shuttle bus route making getting round easy.

Large rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Good bar and snack meals. Didn't try the two restaurants though. It was great to be able to wash and change after check out, after coming off the slopes in the afternoon, prior to getting our transfer away from Hakuba.
