As well as skiing in Voss we stayed in Bergen at the Grand terminus and in Oslo at the Thief, both great hotels, particularly the latter.

What a trip! Everything was perfect - we had an amazing holiday - and the Oslo city add-on either side of a fortnight of skiing made the whole experience unique and magical. Oslo must be the coolest city we've ever visited. Although not technically a ski safari we did stay for three days in Oslo before going to resort, The Radisson plaza hotel was excellent very convenient to train and bus stations and the main city centre. I can recommend using HMK tours to get a really good insight into the city the guide was very knowledgeable with a good sense of fun as well, The Fram, Kontiki and Viking museums are well worth a …

The train journey from Oslo to Bergan was one of the highlights. The train was comfortable and clean and exactly on time. An example to British railways. With amazing amounts of snow, the journey was spectacular especially in the centre of the country where communities were buried up to the roof line. Highly recommended.
