Based in downtown Revelstoke, K3 offers a free shuttle service from wherever you are staying to the snowcat departure point 45 minutes away. The skiing and snowboarding take place over 33,000 acres of terrain in the Anstey Range of the Monashee Mountains - an area that receives around 50 feet of snow each winter!
There's terrain for all tastes, from steep tree-skiing (up to 50 degrees!) to long cruisers in wide open alpine areas, with runs ranging from 1,200 to 3,000 vertical feet. Most runs end at around 5,000 feet, so you can expect good snow conditions all winter.
Places fill up quickly so book early to avoid disappointment!
Itinerary
Transceiver, shovel, probe, radio and backpack are all provided. You are welcome to bring your own safety gear, but you will be required to use K3’s transceivers. Powder skis and snowboards are not supplied, but you can rent them in Revelstoke if you do not have your own.
