The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

Excellent service they will accommodate all your needs - we are a group of 6 and accommodation is often tricky - 2 couples and 2 singles - we ended up with 9 beds this year!! take your pick!

Can't praise Ski Safari enough, having just returned from our best ski holiday ever in Whistler, Canada. Ski Safari found the perfect holiday for our family, recommended accommodation that was both well equipped, close to all the amenities, yet peaceful at night. The service was much better than we have experienced in a long period of traveling. We found them efficient and knowledgeable. A constant eye for the bargain also is helpful to those of us on a budget! We will be delighted to use Ski Safari next year.
