The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

Loved every minute, except the fall which cut short my own last 2 days worth of skiing. The helpful and pleasant staff at Ski Safari, from the initial contact with Kat right through to the lovely gift on our return helped make this holiday special. And finally, yippee!! you don't have to fly from London to get there. Keep doing the good work and thank you.

The service has always been First class. This was the second season in a row that I have travelled with Ski Safari and Andrea has always made sure that every part of the trip was planned perfectly. I was only back a couple of days and I already been in touch to start getting next season organised.
