The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

Just returned from Whistler - our first trip with Ski Safari and we would definitely use them again. Excellent service - flights, hotel, transfers and ski hire all arranged and delivered without any hitches.

Put together an excellent itinerary for a 1st trip to Canada. Kicking horse, revelstoke and lake louise were all great to visit and ski. Cat skiing at k2 was a very good company and well run, would definitely recommend them. The itinerary was well though out with a short drive to Banff on the 1st night after the flight and and then a few nights in each other place. Stunning rockies scenery in lake…

Excellent we highly recommend and we will be booking through them again. The service from Ski Safari was exceptional they even sent my mail in an unmarked envelope so my partner didn't find out that i'd booked the holiday as a surprise for her 40th. We've told all our ski friends to give them ago.
