The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

We loved our short break in Trysil, recommended and smoothly organised by Ski Safari. It proved a great choice for family friendly skiing with short distances to walk to lift, no lift queues, beautiful views and plenty of space for our children to ski. Booking our holiday was a great experience. Staff were very accommodating and worked very hard to fulfil all our requirements. Multiple emails and phone calls were made and were very helpful and made excellent recommendations that suited us. The pre-holiday information was very thorough and easy to follow. All our vouchers were supplied and easy to use. Cannot fault your service.
