Andrea, Kirstin and everyone I have dealt with have been excellent. We travelled to Japan and stayed at Myoko but also did a bit of travelling. Andrea was such a help when I was sorting out our itinerary - without her help understanding and sorting out transport, I wouldn't have got to see Fuji. Thanks Andrea! Overall top quality service, Ski Safari has very good local knowledge and provides excellent and prompt customer service. Andrea was very responsive and helpful when I had questions initially about travel from Tokyo to Hakuba and then while we were there and I wanted to arrange an extra taxi to visit snow monkeys. Also very helpful when I had worries about impact of coronavirus.

I have no hesitation in recommending Ski Safari. Brilliant service from start to finish. Knowledgeable, friendly and competitive, that’s all you can ask for. A special mention to Andy Knights and Victoria Davies on delivering exceptional service from start to finish. Any questions were dealt with courtesy and professionalism which extended to other staff at Ski Safari.

I spoke to 3 different ski tour operators, Ski Safari were the only ones who listened to what I wanted and suggested I look at Sun Peaks as an alternative to Whistler. I'm glad I took their advice, otherwise I would never have discovered Sun Peaks.

Ski Safari were excellent from start to finish.
