I would definitely go back to SkiSafari for future ski trips. They have good local knowledge and kept me informed all the way when airlines changed flights, etc.

I was happy using Ski Safari, especially during COVID. Simple things like delaying the final payment due to the unknown impact of Omicron was a good decision.

Very efficient and personable service. There was an issue with original flights when the airline cancelled them. Ski Safari were very helpful at looking at a plethora of alternatives and found a good solution.

First class service – successful travel agents because they can arrange things better than individuals. Ski Safari took all of the hassle out of arranging our holiday, and transformed our experience as a result. It was also less expensive to book the holiday as a package rather than individually.

The quality of service was excellent overall. The team were knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. We felt extremely prepared for the holiday with all the information, etc and had a fabulous holiday. Very good value for money!

This is our third year with Ski Safari and, again, we cannot fault their service. Even when we faced flight delays and lost baggage due to a baggage handler strike, Ski Safari were available out of hours and made sure they did everything they could to help us.
