Really excellent customer care - right through from the enquiry stages through to the departure. Our outbound flight was cancelled due to bad weather but we received prompt and considerate care, despite it being the weekend, to help us reach our destination - albeit, 24 hours later than expected! A great thing we valued is you can tell that your team have been on site and experienced things 1st hand in resorts so that all the guidance and tips provided are spot on ( restaurants, ski runs, place to eat on the mountain etc): additively the personal contact and follow up throughout the booking process really makes things easy.

I would definitely use Ski Safari again, they were very helpful and responsive and although I tend to book most of my other holidays alone, when booking another ski holiday, I would use Ski safari.
