I could not rate the staff at Ski Safari any higher, Victoria was super helpful with the various changes that we had to make due to private circumstances and she did it all with a big smile and super clear communication - superwoman! We flew out on a Sunday and we had a delay due to the weather in Manchester. When we arrived 2 hours late in Oslo for the transfer I rang Ski Safari to check whether the taxi transfer to the hotel could be informed and whether we would still be able to get a meal at the hotel. To my surprise I actually got to talk to one of the Ski Safari staff that picked up the phone on a Sunday! They were already aware of the delay and contacted the transfer company! They also contacted the hotel for the dinner arrangements - fantastic!!! It's been a very long time since I've seen this kind of customer service.
