There was a lot of details we needed to get through to confirm the trip was right but the agent stuck with it and it was a success. The combination of skiing and Japanese culture was memorable.

The Ski Safari team were brilliant from beginning to end, making the whole experience seamless and easy. I've never booked a ski holiday before so really appreciated Anna's advice and help. Also the team were ready to help us when we were left stranded by the private taxi transfer and we nearly missed our flight home!

Great service. We have used Ski Safari in the past for trips to Canada and the organisation has always been excellent. You pay more for a made to measure service, but you get more for your money.

Ski Safari were really helpful ahead of our holiday, helping us arrange an appropriate car and sort ski hire, answering queries quickly. The staff are clearly knowledgeable about the resorts, which really adds to the service when booking a ski holiday.
