We have come back from the most wonderful Honeymoon. The whole holiday ran like clockwork and the accommodation and resorts were just incredible. During our 'hunt' for our honeymoon I spoke to 7 different companies and did not have pleasant experiences - it was like no one wanted our custom, they just weren't that interested. One of the main reasons why we booked this holiday was down to our initial communications with Ski Safari and our first impressions. Andy, who advised/recommended and put the holiday together for us was great. His customer service, attitude and manner was really impressive. I think he is a real asset to your company. I felt that he really listened to our needs and what we wanted from our holiday. He then put together our itinerary based on our requirements and his own personal recommendations and experiences - all of which exceeded our expectations. I felt that he was completely honest with us in his recommendations with no hidden agenda or pushiness. We added things along the way and made a few amendments and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. Always happy to help. Most importantly the price was always kept within our budget and we still can't quite believe that we got the holiday for the price we paid. We are so blown away by Ski Safari, the quality of service and the pricing. We have already given Andy's name and number to some friends who are looking for a holiday. The administration was always so efficient - Hannah. We were also really impressed with our holiday pack and itinerary. We will definitely be using you again and will be recommending you to friends and family. Our huge thanks to Andy and Hannah.
