I had excellent service from start to finish. Andrea was so helpful giving me advice as it was for a special birthday trip and I basically was only able to give a destination and a maximum price. She got us a great deal, including an upgrade and having been her recommendations were brilliant. We got regular updates, a great pack with info on where to go and what to do along with a hand lip balm (for skiing) and luggage tags. We also got a bottle of Prosecco sent to us just before we left which was a lovely extra touch. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone I emailed and it was great to be able to do most of the booking and enquiries over email during my working day. Couldn't have been happier.

I cannot rate my experience with Ski Safari staff highly enough. Having used other Canadian operators Ski Safari are by far the best and streaks ahead in service and customer experience. They made everything so simple and easy taking the hassle and strain out of the organisation. Their knowledge about resorts is also impressive and happy to advise and guide you throughout in both a friendly and efficient manner. The after care service once booked by the team is also superb and also provided some very nice touches which were unexpected and made you feel extremely special. I cannot rate Ski Safari highly enough and would fully recommended using their booking service and website. Their staff throughout offer a great personable and friendly service a total joy to deal with. Would like to pay specific mention to Jade Pritchard and Hannah Wells who were exceptional. We are back from Geilo and had a fantastic time. We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed the whole experience. Your quick and helpful response to our very last minute enquiry was great, and the trip you organised was thoughtfully planned and worked seamlessly, despite how little time you had to put it together. All the info we needed was there before we left and very clear, and once on the road everything went smoothly.
