The personal touches such as the follow up emails made it feel that Ski Safari care about its customers and their holiday experiences. Again, so different from a high street experience. On the Ski Safari rating out of 10, it's a shame we can't give an 11!

Booked for the first time this year after a recommendation from a friend. Excellent service - extremely friendly, helpful and efficient through the booking process and with follow up to check all was well during and after the holiday. Would definitely use Ski Safari again!!

I think the fact that we booked our next trip on the day we returned from this one says it all! A perfect trip to a brilliant resort. Our trip was well organised by Ski Safari, and we felt looked after and appreciated for our booking. Attention to detail is excellent, and very reassuring.

I would use Ski Safari again and intend to return to Aspen next year. All operatives were very helpful, either on the phone or via email. All my queries were answered efficiently and emails replied to quickly. It made the process less stressful, as we were booking the trip from Dubai, making contact from Saudi Arabia and then flying back via the UK prior to travelling to USA. Even down to sending …
