You provided us with all the information we needed before we went away. It was the first time we had gone to Japan and we were a bit anxious, but we need not have worried as you gave us everything we needed.

Ski Safari still know what so many have forgotten: Know your products & services. Mean it when you offer 'excellent service'. Customer comes first. Price is important, but not everything. Have a laugh while you book it. Be available to help - but not annoying! Say 'thank you' for the custom. Exceed expectations. The way things used to be and still should be.

Thank you so much to Ski Safari for the advice and help given to enable us to book the perfect short ski break. This holiday was a special celebration and we travelled as 2 couples to Norway. Myrkdalen ski hotel was perfect, rooms ideal, clean and quiet.

I would definitely use Ski Safari again. This is my 2nd or 3rd use of them, very efficient, Sam has always rung back when he said and sorted out a room issue very quickly and was great to deal with!

We've previously booked ski holidays with Ski Safari and will continue to do so for the advice and seamless service provided.
