Excellent support in choosing a resort late in the day (February booking), with excellent arrangements at all stages. My wife didn't think there were enough shops in Tremblant! (and there was only one very expensive super market in the village).

Overall an excellent experience again. I would particularly like to highlight outstanding service from Claire Jones who not only found better flights months after we initially booked (on her own initiative and without being asked) but also did an excellent job negotiating the rental price down (again without being asked).

Andrea was a wonderfully patient source of information and advice, who made excellent suggestions that helped create this brilliant holiday. The hotels she recommended in Kyoto and Tokyo were top notch, and adding a stay in a Ryokan something we would not have thought of but are so glad we did! All together a faultless service!

This was my second Ski Safari trip this season and yet again, it didn't disappoint. We originally picked Voss but Andrea suggested Myrkdalen and we are so glad we listened to her! Everything was impeccably organised - no hassle whatsoever with the flights, transfers, hotel lift pass, ski hire... everything went perfectly yet again. I wouldn't use any other company now.

Superb customer service from start to finish. All the travel information was very comprehensive, including such things as which platform to go to in Oslo station for the Oslo airport express train. Natasha was very helpful in arranging the ski school/private lessons for my children when Geilo Ski cancelled the ski school that they had been booked on.
