Ski Safari were brilliant. I am very fussy and don't put up with any nonsense. I couldn't fault them. Professional and knew what they were doing and lots little touches which made you feel important to them.

Thank you to all concerned with the organisation of our ski holiday to Panorama, which went without a hitch. Thanks as well for the homecoming gift. Our accommodation in the Springs condos was comfortable and convenient, being ski in/out with direct access to the outdoor hot pools, a fun way to ease the limbs after a day on the slopes. The condo was also less than 500 yards from the resort centre. The skiing for our mixed standard group (skiers & a boarder) was plentiful and challenging, though we didn't tackle the Taynton Bowl. The blue cruisers from the Champagne and Sunbird lifts were a delight and on a sunny afternoon there was great fun to be had in the Sun Bowl area. Grooming was to high standard and the main runs were groomed on a daily basis, great for those of us who didn't want to be excessively challenged! Lift queues were almost non existent and when they did occur there was none of the usual jostling associated with European resorts. If you want retail experience in resort don't go to Panorama (winter sports equipment excepted) but otherwise there is a range of different eating outlets both on mountain and in the village. Tbar had a lovely buzz most evenings and served good food. Thanks again Ski Safari for your advice and organisation. It is a pleasure to deal with you.
