Staff always helpful and give good advice on choices. Was planning on going back to Pan Pacific Village hotel, but prices rose by a lot compare to last year. Speaking with Andrea Selig she help us choose the Summit Lodge and also got us a room upgrade to the Executive room as we were looking for something comparable to the Pan Pacific. Everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Ski Safari were brilliant. I am very fussy and don't put up with any nonsense. I couldn't fault them. Professional and knew what they were doing and lots little touches which made you feel important to them.

The service is very good - queries are answered promptly and comprehensively. You would have got a 10 if you had managed to get The Aspens to deliver on a room with a view.

Thank you to all concerned with the organisation of our ski holiday to Panorama, which went without a hitch. Thanks as well for the homecoming gift. Our accommodation in the Springs condos was comfortable and convenient, being ski in/out with direct access to the outdoor hot pools, a fun way to ease the limbs after a day on the slopes. The condo was also less than 500 yards from the resort centre.…

Very good knowledge of the US ski scene. James knew Steamboat personally and even recommend the specific condo number in Bear Lodge. His recommendations were key to the best organisation of and excellent vacation.
Oh, and the bottle of fizz received on return was a very nice touch!

I like to say a big thanks to Andy Knight for being patient and helpful when booking our holiday. After much debate over accommodation he came up good and we had a lovely holiday. Also thank you to Hannah who answered my queries and kept us updated during the build up to our holiday. I would definitely recommend your company.

Faultless service. Was kept informed constantly before trip, got a hand written welcome card in hotel from ski safari, and a bottle of fizz on return to U.K. Thank you for your above and beyond service.
