Staff were friendly and helpful, answered any queries, though having now been to Are a bit of an explanation about the ski areas would be useful as I would not have liked to be have been away from the main ski area such as in Copperhill mountain Lodge.
Good information and keeping informed when to pay etc.

Very proactive. Felt that you listened to what we wanted. Choice of resort was excellent (I had originally suggested Killington as somewhere I had heard of before, but your recommendation was better). Your staff went to great lengths to help us out with organising lessons when it appeared the resort ski school was fully booked and we had a superb couple of hours with 2 teachers on our first day, …

We were supported throughout the booking procedure, which made it easy to book passes, ski hire and ski school prior to departure. Booklet arrived in plenty of time, was well presented and gave plenty of information to make our stay enjoyable.

Really good service, always answer phones quickly/respond to emails without a problem. Feel really looked after and have confidence when I get on holiday everything will go to plan!
