Another fantastic holiday with Ski Safari. I cannot rate the staff highly enough. When the flight down to Heathrow was cancelled less than 24hrs before departure, James sorted the problem immediately and got us down to London in time to meet our connection to Canada. Kristin in Operations is always efficient, helpful and friendly no matter how trivial your questions. Ski Safari is one of the best companies in the holiday market. We come back year after year as they deliver such a fantastic service with great accommodation and destinations.

Great communication. The basis of all good business.

When we book with Ski Safari we have a great time and we don't worry about anything. Everyone knows their stuff which clearly helps but service feels personal and all the advice and holiday information is always spot on. We've travelled with other companies (usually to try to get a cheap trip in beside the 'proper' one we book with you) but we always regret it whenever we do. It's never the same. Something always goes wrong and the majority of the reps really do seem to care more about their own resort experience than yours as the customer. We are both 50 next year and we'll certainly be coming to Ski Safari to book that trip - we simply wouldn't trust it to anyone else!

We couldn't ask for more. Ski Safari staff understand what we want and know their products well enough to be able to provide us with the best possible experience. Our pet hates are sitting around at airports waiting for the Tour Operator's bus to fill up before you can travel to the resort, and lugging skies from the hotel to the lift. Ski Safari makes sure we never have to do either again. They respond to our questions quickly and make suggestions that we haven't thought of, but which inevitably enhance our experience. We cannot imagine why anyone would use any other Tour Operator than Ski Safari.
