Excellent communication with good resort knowledge. I had a couple of options I was looking at and Kat was very patient with me! It would be have been good to have some additional extras /room upgrades / alternative options (eg. flight carriers or alternative departure airports) on one quote rather than having to request them individually.

Thanks again for a personal efficient friendly and thoroughly professional service. Good local knowledge from Ski safari team.
