Always good and friendly. Not sure what happened with family carriage this year - probably forgot it was full for our chosen week. No in-resort rep always a very minor concern but contact with Victoria and assistance is always super prompt and effective. Feel like we have our own concierge!

Thank you for a fantastic trip, we could not have asked for a better resort for a family of beginner skiers! The prices in Norway were pretty steep however the half board package was excellent and more than sufficient. Thank you so much for the nice cold bottle of prosecco on our return too, what a lovely surprise!

Ski Safari always give us great service and any criticisms of the hotel etc. (even though minor) should not be reflected on the company. We met several other people who had travelled with Ski Safari and agreed the company was great, and have also recommended the company to several other people.
