Ski Safari's service was best in class. We had an issue with sub-standard accommodation in Hakuba (The Hotel had changed hands recently and was being very poorly managed) but within 40mins of our complaint we were relocated and upgrade to a superb room - thanks Andy! Ski Safari were exemplary in dealing with the issue.

Quality of service scored 8 because there were a couple of small errors that required correction, but otherwise, Ski Safari staff were excellent. They responded promptly to my initial query with plenty of options and alternatives. I also appreciated being able to ring up and speak to someone without being directed to a useless Chatbot or Virtual Assistant.

The service from Ski Safari was great and we valued the knowledge and expertise for our first trip to Norway. Would definitely use again, especially going somewhere unknown to us, but also for the way the itinerary was put together.
