Excellent service from everyone I spoke to especially from kat who showed great patience. Got offered lots of options within my budget which I liked. Everyone was very helpful (even after I hadn't checked the documentation properly re our return transfer).

All the staff that dealt with my booking for first enquiry, multiple questions & emails, up until after had been fantastic & helpful, really sold the booking for us as no question was stupid or un answered. Would book again in future with Ski safari due to this.

Genuinely feels like the customer comes first and receives a personalised service. We were subject to appalling service from a large ski operator in the 2010 Heathrow airport closure debacle, we heard how well Ski Safari had helped their own customers who were affected.
